The ABLE (Aptitude for Business Learning Exercises) Series combines the richness of work stimulation exercises with the objectivity of psychometric tests. It measures the potential to learn a given task or job, to succeed quickly in that job and to adapt to a changing work environment. The ABLE Series looks at how candidates' skills and abilities work together in a job context. With the Business Decision Analysis exercise, candidates must demonstrate understanding of the criteria used to make business decisions.
