What interests you in the Head Hunting Business?
Head-hunting is an incredibly diverse and dynamic world, partly because no one ever knows how people will react at critical times in their lives (deciding to change jobs). Human Capital is one of the most important assets within any business. Helping our clients build their businesses give us all a great deal of satisfaction.

Why do business in Europe when you are English?
Firstly I am not 100% English, I am actually part Italian and even part Hungarian. Therefore I feel very much part of Europe both in my upbringing and outlook. From a head-hunting point of view, Europe is proving to be a large and increasingly important part of part our business. We differentiate ourselves with a 'knowledge based' approach in these markets. In Europe we have found this particularly appealing to our clients over the more traditional 'generalist' approach.

What satisfies you most about your job.
As a head-hunter I get a lot of satisfaction from completing mandates and ultimately seeing my candidates do well and therefore my clients happy. In essence, most of my time is spent as an advisor and partner to our clients rather than simply a 'service provider'.
