How did you meet Forrester Partners?
Michael and I first met in 1996. He has headhunted me (or tried!!) at least several times since then. I eventually realized, after several years, that I needed to become the hunter and not the hunted!
What does your Company do?

How do you see the North American market evolving?
Europe is clearly ahead of North America in terms of how it's approaching sustainable resource development. The Kyoto protocol has created a huge galvanizing effect across Europe for renewable energy in particular. Having said this, the North American market potential for sustainable resource development is massive, and has shown signs of gathering momentum and focus this past 12 months. I think this bodes well and points to an upswing in the need for first class management talent to lead this emerging industry sector.
What do you enjoy about your work?
Variety is the key driver for me. Meeting and talking to all sorts of people within a day is truly the spice of life. Ultimately helping both individuals and emerging companies meet their respective goals is a job well done.
What other interests do you have?
I am a keen follower of the England Rugby team, ski whenever possible, and have too much yard work to do!!
