Elena started as an Account Manager for finance and insurance at Università Bocconi in Milan where she worked for several years. Later she helped establish a Placement facility at Politecnico. More recently she worked in HR at Mckinsey where she was recruiting senior executives.

How did you become a headhunter?
I feel that it was a natural evolution in my career path. My previous experiences helped me to develop the necessary skill set and financial knowledge to consider a career step into this industry.

What attracts you to this business?
Meeting new people, liaising with clients at a national and international level, working in a highly professional environment. I also find it challenging to contribute to making a change in an organisation's structure.

What satisfies you the most in this job?
I find it exciting to meet people with different skillsets and personalities that can be relevant to different organisations.
