Arianna heads up the Research team in Milan. She is involved in both UK and Italian search work. Prior to joining Forrester Partners in 2005 she spent six years working in London at Bloomberg LP and in Executive Search. Arianna received a B.A. in Foreign Languages and Literature at Genoa University. She is fluent in English and German.

What attracted you to Forrester Partners?
I particularly enjoy working in an international organisation. Our professional but very friendly work environment also contributes to creating a pleasant culture.

What tells you are facing a good candidate?
First impressions are important. They will have to be presentable, professional and show the right motivation. I think that honesty is crucial and use my intuition to make a judgement on someone. They must also be a good cultural fit for the client organisation.
