Antony began his career serving for five years as a Royal Tank Regiment officer in the British Army. Since leaving the Army he has had fifteen years experience of business turnarounds taking executive and consultant roles in financially and organisationally stressed companies. As a consultant he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and several US turnaround boutiques. Antony has worked with businesses in UK, Europe, USA and Far East and has a wide experience of different sectors including; renewable energy, financial services, manufacturing, textiles, technology, retail, media, healthcare and not for profit.

He joined the management team of Forrester Partners in 2007 and is responsible for the operational management of the business. He also leads client assignments and specialises in roles involving complex business challenges and change management, for example post-merger integration programmes and international assignments.

He is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and the Society of Turnaround Professionals. He has a BA in Economics & International Relations from the University of Reading and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
