Office Manager
Jo started her career at The Richmond Hill Hotel and has since held various positions in many different industries, including marketing & advertising, property and retail. She joined Forrester Partners in June 2005 as Office Manager and assistant to Hugo Codrington and Michael Naylor.
What attracted you to Forrester Partners?
On meeting Forrester Partners I immediately sensed the drive and enthusiasm of the whole team. I felt comfortable with the working culture and their values, and knew this was a company I wanted to work for.
What motivates you?
I am motivated by the company as a whole and knowing that the role I play is important and valued and that we are all working together to achieve the same objectives.
What are the skills needed to be good at your job?
As Office Manager and assistant to the Directors I need to be a good organiser as well as being patient and flexible. I am responsible for a number of Consultants who travel the globe in various time zones so the need to multi-task is essential.
