Why were you drawn to Research?
After graduating from university, I took on placements in various sectors that caught my interest, but I found that research not only used my analytical skills, but also satisfied my curiosity in how industries and organizations function. I similarly enjoy the diversity of being a researcher - working alongside consultants with varied specializations and meeting people from a multitude of backgrounds and experiences.
What do you enjoy about Executive Search?
With a commitment to meet a client's unique set of specifications, each assignment is never without its own challenge. I get great satisfaction in following the search process through from discussing with a client their needs, identifying individuals who fulfill their criteria, retaining them and then watching that executive have an impact on the company.
What attracted you to Forrester Partners?
I was immediately drawn to the culture and people. Having experienced working in larger businesses, I enjoy being a part of a more collegiate atmosphere, with a team who share an ethos of quality and integrity in their work and we pride ourselves on our service and candid advice.
