Sarah began her career working in the recruitment industry and established and ran an RPO initiative within a global FTSE 100 flagship head office. Since then Sarah has worked in the search, resource and assessment arena. She is a highly experienced consultant having worked with a diverse range of clients across a variety of industry sectors. Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and fully accredited with the British Psychological Society.

I have 20 years executive level recruitment experience working both in consultancies and for blue chip organisations. This is augmented with 10 years expertise in management assessment and development, team facilitation and coaching. I am qualified in the majority of UK psychometric tools.
