Bruce joined Forrester Partners (then NMH) in early 2000. From 2003 to 2009 Bruce set up and ran Forrester Partners’s Continental European practice based from Milan. Since 2000 Bruce has focused on financial services, investment and private equity funds (real estate, investment management, hedge funds, hedge FoFs, clean tech and renewable).

Geographically Bruce has worked on assignments in the UK, Europe, US and the Far East. Bruce started his career in Headhunting as a researcher for Alexander Mann in 1997.

Bruce has a MA (Hon’s.) Economics and History from Edinburgh University.

Speaks fluent Italian.

Advisory Board Member of the Urban Land Institute in Italy.
